Opening

11 January 2027

Prove what you can do.
For real.

An open source platform where you learn by making. Everyone walks away with proof of what they shipped.

First full season in June 2027.

Eleven disciplines.
A hundred and twenty tracks.

Every discipline has its tracks, its grounds and its ranks.

All of them lead to the same place: proof of what you made.

  • Code — Backend, frontend, mobile, systems, embedded.
  • Design — UI/UX, design systems, motion, illustration.
  • Cybersecurity — Pentesting, red team, forensics, cryptography.
  • Games — Programming, game design, art and animation.
  • Artificial intelligence — Data, machine learning, MLOps, agents and RAG.
  • Ops & Cloud — Cloud, CI/CD, containers, reliability.
  • Quality — Testing and automation, across all four grounds.
  • Leadership — Product, tech lead, production, people, mentoring.
  • Audio — Composition, sound design, voice, music implementation.
  • Communication — Documentation, evangelism, content, translation.
  • Teaching — Training, curriculum design, teaching how to code.

How it works?

Four beats, from the first gesture to the proof.

01

You pick a track

Backend development, interface design, web pentesting, sound design. Defined routes, each with the skills it demands.

  • Backend Foundations 80 h estimated
  • Frontend Foundations 60 h estimated
  • Design Foundations 40 h estimated
  • Security Foundations 50 h estimated
A sequence, not a standalone exercise
  1. First gesture Fix a misleading error message.
  2. Scoped contribution Add the test case that was missing, and make it pass.
  3. Full ownership Carry a feature end to end, all the way through review.
02

You get assignments

Graduated, from a first small gesture to full ownership. Each one sits on software that genuinely exists, with its users and its quality bar.

03

You ship, it gets examined, you go again

Every contribution goes before someone further along. They ask for rework and argue about your choices. The review exchanges are archived: they are part of the proof, as much as the outcome.

Review excerpt Example

Rework the error handling here. What happens when the file is empty?

Fixed, and I added a test case for exactly that.

Validated after rework

Your proof accumulates

Every validated deliverable feeds your public profile. Ranks are computed from what you actually made, and each one traces back to the piece that earned it.

And you never pay.

Not for registration, not for assignments, not for reviews, not for credentials, not for visibility to companies.

Open assignments.
Pick yours.

Each one sits on software that runs, with its users and its requirements.

The catalogue opens with the beta.

The first assignments land on 11 January 2027. Claim your seat now and you will hear the day they open.

Your rank,
you make it.

Five tiers, from Apprentice to Elder. They are not unlocked: they are computed from what you actually shipped, and each one traces back to the piece that earned it.

  • 01 Apprentice First gestures, closely guided.
  • 02 Ranger You ship on your own, on scoped assignments.
  • 03 Artisan You own a piece end to end.
  • 04 Master You examine other people’s work.
  • 05 Elder You set the bar on your discipline.

Nothing is reserved for a rank. Assignments, reviews, credentials and visibility to companies are open to everyone from day one.
